Service Description

60-Day Educational Support Package Some medical leave situations involve more than one update, decision point, or conversation. This package is designed for individuals who may benefit from structured educational support over a longer period as the leave process progresses. It includes: • One 60-minute Clarity Session • Up to three 30-minute Follow-Up Sessions • A 60-day package access window from the date of the first session During the initial session, we will clarify where you are in the leave process, review key timelines and process considerations, discuss what types of information may be commonly relevant, and identify questions or educational next steps to consider. Follow-up sessions may be used to revisit changes in your leave or claim status, discuss process considerations after an approval, denial, termination, or other status update, organize questions for return-to-work conversations, or address new developments within the 60-day package access window. This package is active for 60 days from the date of the first session. All follow-up sessions must be scheduled and completed within that service timeframe. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the 60-day package access window. If continued support is appropriate after the 60-day period, a new session or support option may be selected at that time. Services are educational and advisory in nature. Medical advice, legal advice, claims representation, document drafting or preparation, and guaranteed outcomes are not included. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your package.
